Welcome to Resumee. By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing credits, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and the policies outlined below.
1. Services Provided
Resumee provides an AI-powered platform that transforms user input into professional, ATS-optimized job application materials, including resumes, headlines, application summaries, and cover letters.
Our services operate on a credit-based system:
- Builds: Creating a new resume and application materials from user input.
- Optimizations: Improving and refining existing resumes using our AI system.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
2. Payments & Access
Resumee operates on a one-time payment model. Payments are securely processed through our merchant of record, Paddle.
- One-Time Payment: All purchases are single payments. No subscriptions or recurring charges.
- Non-Expiring Credits: Purchased credits do not expire and remain available for the lifetime of the service.
- Secure Processing: We do not store your payment details. Transactions are handled through Paddleโs secure infrastructure.
3. Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Resumee provides immediate access to digital services and AI-generated outputs. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you waive the right to a refund once the service is accessed.
Exceptions may be considered only in cases of verified technical issues where purchased credits were not delivered. Please contact support if this occurs.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously and handle your data with care.
- Your Data: Information you provide (such as experience, contact details, and job data) is used solely to generate and manage your documents.
- No Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- Data Control: You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Resumee responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
Prohibited actions include attempting to bypass the credit system, reverse-engineering the platform, or using the service to create misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund.
6. Nature of Service & Outcomes
Resumee uses advanced AI systems designed to follow modern hiring standards and ATS best practices, helping present your experience clearly and professionally.
While our platform is built to improve the quality and effectiveness of your application, job outcomes depend on many external factors such as market conditions, employer decisions, and interview performance.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee interviews, job offers, or specific results.
