Our services operate on a credit-based system. Credits may be used for:

• Builds: Creating a new resume and application materials from user information, including tailoring them to a target job.
• Optimizations: Improving and refining an existing application using our AI system.

The number of credits required depends on the selected AI Builder and optimization option. Purchased credits are shared across these services and may be used according to the applicable credit costs shown on our website.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

2. Payments & Access

Resumee operates on a one-time payment model. Payments are securely processed through our merchant of record, Paddle.

• One-Time Payment: All purchases are single payments. No subscriptions or recurring charges.
• Non-Expiring Credits: Purchased credits do not expire and remain available for the lifetime of the service.
• Secure Processing: We do not store your payment details. Transactions are handled through Paddle’s secure infrastructure.

3. Refund Policy

Exceptions may be considered only in cases of verified technical issues where purchased credits were not delivered. Please contact support if this occurs.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously and handle your data with care.
